What is the difference between Functions and Relations?
What is the Domain and Range?

These seem pretty easy to figure out. I think I might like these kinds of math problems. I wish all our math were like these. Nice and simple, and not a strain on the brain...lol.

functon has a special with output and in input
relation is a mapping of input and out put

The problems were okay and they seemed pretty easy.And I hope the test is like this.

Function has a sperical with output and input
relation mapping or pairing of input values to output values
Domain is input value
Range is output value

in a function all inputs have extacly one output. in a relation a input can have as many outputs as it wants as long as all inputs have outputs. jonathan v.

hi my name is porsche d and a relation is something like a whole function problem and wit input and output. a domain is like the middle part.range is like the secong part of domain and it is what is like i guess is called a function.so

the difference is that relation is the pairing of input and output values. And Function is only a special relation with exacty one output for each input.

Hello this is Diallo and im here to teach you functions and relations.Functions are exactly one input for one output meanwhile,Relations are a mapping, or pairing of inpuut and output values. The domain are the input values.And finally the range is the output values.

HI,My name is James Ruff, Functions are exactly one input for one output meanwhile,Relations are a mapping, or pairing of inpuut and output values. The domain are the input values.And finally the range is the output values.

The difference between functions and relations is that a relation is simply a mapping, or pairing, of input values to output values. Whereas a function is a special relation with exactly one output for each input.

A domain is an input value.
A range is an output value.

ex:

1 -> 7
2 -> 8
3 -> 9

-domain is a input of values.
-range is a output of values.

-a funtion is special relation with excatly one output for each input.
-a relation is a mapping or pairing of input values to the output value.

The difference between domains and ranges are like the difference between inputs and outputs. It's like opposites. *Anjellica S.*

The difference between function and relation is that in functioning you have to find the special relation with exactly one output for each input.And for relation you map or pair the input values to output values.

Relation is a mapping, or pairing of input values to output values.

Function is a special raletion with one output for input.

Domain is the input values and Range is the output values

A domain is all of your input values and your range is all of your output values. Function is exactly one output for each input and relation is mappinginput values to output values.

Hellow this is Kidist, i really think that there both are really easy in figuring out.

Functions:one input for every output.
Relations:pairing input output values.
Domain:input
Range:output

Thanks! Meghan L

a function has a output and a input and relations are like maping the input and out put.

The Difference Between Functions & Relations Is That A Relation Is Simply A Mapping, Or Pairing, Of Input Values To Output Values.But A Function Is A Special Relation With Exactly One Output For Each Input.
The Domain Is The The Input Values & The Range Is The Output Values.

Domain is the x input and y input.
Range is all of the x together and all of the y together.

relation is a mapping with input and output.
